Motor Vehicle Assessor (Fixed Term - 24 Months)
Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £34,000
We're seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle professional to join our college team and support apprentices in achieving their qualifications. Industry applicants are welcome, and a full assessor qualification will be funded if not already held.
Key Responsibilities
Assess learners, plan inductions, and develop individual learning plans with employers
Support apprentices to achieve their standards and prepare for End Point Assessment
Provide guidance to learners and employers, including 20% off-the-job training requirements
Build relationships with employers to recruit learners and grow provision
Manage a caseload and contribute to course delivery and planning
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (minimum)
Industry experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
