Providing 3rd line remote support to end users via telephone, live-chat, and email.
1. Excellent troubleshooting when it comes to desktop-based technologies such as Windows PCs, Microsoft Office applications, peripheral devices, and printing.
2. Configuring and Supporting hosted services, specifically including Office 365 & Azure.
3. Installation, configuration and supporting varied server solutions including Windows Server, Exchange Server and use of virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V, VMWare or Nutanix.
4. Configuring, troubleshooting & maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
5. Installation & troubleshooting server hardware and associated devices such as UPSs.
