Job Description:
We are looking for a Training Solutions Specialist to join us at Southern Water!
The Training Solutions Specialist is responsible for building operational training programmes aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of Wastewater operational teams.
This role involves liaising with internal and external subject matter experts and training providers to develop compliant training solutions that meet regulatory and industry standards for Wastewater Operations.
The role ensures external training providers deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will manage relationships between the Wastewater operations and external providers to align training with operational goals. Effective communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders are essential.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and scoping training solutions
2. Managing external training delivery programs
3. Liaising with training providers
4. Coordinating operational teams’ training completion
Experience in the Water and Wastewater industry and stakeholder management is beneficial.
