Property Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified)
Exeter, GBP 47,500+ (DOE) – Job Ref: 0756.
The Role
* Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high‑value property litigation matters.
* Representing both individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters.
* Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters including commercial lease renewals, residential landlord and tenant disputes (possession claims and enforcement), Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues, and boundary disputes.
Skills Required
* Minimum of 6 months experience within property litigation law.
* Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedure.
* Confidence with pre‑action, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy.
* Strong client care focus, communication skills, and commercial awareness.
* Proactive, organised, and a great team player.
