Salary: £27,269 - £31,067 per annum | Type: Permanent, Part Time, 35 hours per week | Pro Rata

Role Requirements
* Hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in health and social care
* Willing to complete NVQ Level 3 within twelve months of start date
* Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care

Our team provides care to over 1,000 adults across Lancashire, supporting older people, adults living with dementia, and their families through 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres.
