Head of Brand | London Hybrid | £80–100k + Benefits + Equity
This isn’t your typical brand role.
We’re looking for a Head of Brand to help a high-growth D2C brand shift from performance-led to brand-led and not just with a new logo or a brand book. This is about creating moments that make people feel something. Brand acts that show up in the real world. Work that gets talked about.
You’ll be joining a business with serious momentum 4x revenue growth in under 2 years, and a product customers genuinely love. The performance engine is strong, the team is talented, and the foundations are solid. But what they haven’t had yet… is you.
This role is about unlocking the next phase of growth through brand.
You’ll lead the charge in defining and distributing the brand, not just how it looks and sounds, but how it shows up. Think:
Social stunts that go viral
Experiential activations and partnerships
Creative campaigns that earn media and move culture
It’s a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director and co-founders, lead a brilliant team across content, creative and design, and collaborate with performance, product and agency partners to bring brand and growth together.
This role is for someone who has:
* Helped scale challenger or D2C brands through brand-led growth
* Created culturally relevant, fame-building work
* Led creative teams to push boundaries and ship brilliant ideas
* A bias for action — not just strategy decks
* An instinct for what will cut through and get noticed

Hybrid role – London based (2 /3 days in Soho office)
Reports into the Marketing Director, with 3+ direct reports across content/creative
