Project Manager – East Midlands
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality residential development schemes across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment within a respected, award-winning professional services business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the successful delivery of multiple residential development projects, managing timelines, risks, and client expectations throughout.
2. Act as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator, ensuring compliance with development agreements and delivering projects to specification.
3. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, implementing robust processes and quality standards in line with company procedures.
4. Provide regular progress updates and clear communication to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
5. Oversee forecasting and reporting on key project data, including completions, cash flow, and compliance handover documentation.
6. Support and mentor junior team members, contribute to internal improvements, and step up in the absence of senior leadership when required.
Requirements:
* Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
* Proven experience delivering projects independently in a consultancy, contractor, or housing association setting.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
