A fabulous opportunity has become available for an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager at our 5 star / 2 AA Rosette, Hillbark Hotel in the Frankby, Merseyside.
We have two prestigious Restaurants, Private Dining, Al fresco Dining, Lounging Areas, as well as hosting over 100 weddings per year.
As Restaurant Manager for our stunning property, the ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum 3 years management experience in the Food & Beverage industry
Have a full understanding of hotel operations at AA 5-star and 2 AA Rosette experience -
Be competent in providing excellent service in a multi rosette fine-dining environment
Work as a hands on member of the team across all areas of food service, including large events, leading by example being able to motivate and inspire
Show passion and drive in delivering and ensuring consistent levels of exceptional customer service and food quality
Lead, coordinate, direct and delegate efficient and courteous service, set-up, delivery and presentation of food throughout the hotel
Focus on attention to detail and ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the hotel, and that guest expectations are exceeded
Ensure that all F&B team members are trained on product knowledge
Maintain a regular presence, developing a rapport with guests and managing guest queries to effectively build relationships and deliver a unique, personalised guest experience
Promote and assist in the co-ordination of any diary-led promotions
Have strong bar and cellar management skills including rotation of stock, equipment checks, stock control, pricing of wine and bar lists
Have outstanding organisational and communication skills in order to effectively work with your fellow management-team and to ensure appropriate staffing levels and direction of staff in accordance with the hotels occupancy and events
Have a smart, pristine appearance to adhere to the company's uniform/presentation standards
Have the ability to work to a flexible working pattern to ensure business is covered correctly

This is a full-time post, five over seven days per week for which you are provided with a full-time permanent contract.
