Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

What will you do?
This is a broad private client role to include:
\n
* Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs
* Probate & estate administration
* Give advice to individuals, entrepreneurs, land owners, farmers & the independently wealthy (& their advisors)
* Often advise multiple generations of families
* Provide succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice where appropriate
* Be on hand to mentor and supervise more junior lawyers in the team
* Those with specialisms they want to continue will be welcomed

What will you need?
\n
* At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
* Private client experience
* Ideally some exposure to high-net-worth clients (not essential)
* Ideally some managerial experience
* Candidates from smaller law firms WILL be considered
