We’re looking for
a full-time, permanent Administrator to co-ordinate the central operations in order to achieve business objectives and the needs of the customer. Working Monday to Friday core hours (with some flexibility – this is logistics after all).

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Ensure all administrative duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
2. To track and update all backhaul activity whilst liaising with key stakeholders.
3. To create and run operational and financial reports.
4. To use and maintain all IT based systems in the effective delivery of their role including SAP, Sphere & WTS.
5. Ensures that appropriate communication methods are used to provide information to both internal and external customers as required e.g. haulier comms, dealing with customer issues etc.
6. To ensure that all traffic planning activity is undertaken.
7. Prepare and raise Invoices and deal with any related queries.
8. To undertake any other reasonable task as required.
9. To always display the highest standards of customer service.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
10. Previous experience within a transport / logistics organisation would be desirable
11. Finance / Invoicing experience would also be desirable
12. Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to customer requirements
13. Effective Customer Service Skills
14. Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving.
15. Good geographical knowledge of the UK
