We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. *Position Summary* The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality standards, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. *Key Responsibilities** Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations * Supervise and train kitchen staff * Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards * Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed * Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations * Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence * Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials *Qualifications** 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook * Strong leadership and communication skills * Knowledge of food safety regulations * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Culinary degree preferred but not required * Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends We are looking for a dedicated culinary professional who takes pride in quality, thrives under pressure, and is ready to grow within a supportive and fast-paced kitchen environment.
