Qualifications
* Relevant experience in the healthcare or social care sector, with a focus on activities coordination or related fields. A strong understanding of the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of the elderly population. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the residents.
