Contract: 12 months fixed-term contract, full time Location: London (hybrid-working) Closing Date: 2 May 2025 About the role We are looking for a proactive and highly organised operations coordinator to support the efficient delivery of examinations. You will be in charge of managing important operational processes, making sure that teams work well together, and keeping accuracy and efficiency at a high level. You will be crucial in meeting deadlines and providing stakeholders with essential information to facilitate exam delivery. Additionally, you will manage examination itineraries and ensure the accurate completion of all operational tasks. Use TOL system to create, process, and manage examination orders and itineraries. Update examination levels and key details within the system. Receive and action customer calls to tight deadlines. Collaborate with the exam delivery team during peak exam periods. Ensure compliance with Data Protection and Security policies. About You Understanding of and commitment to deliver outstanding customer service, with experience of successful delivery in a customer facing environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to prioritise, to work under pressure and meet deadlines and use initiative. Strong IT skills including MS Office applications. Able to carry out a variety of administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
