Your new role
You will be supporting a busy HR function managing HR information, cross-checking and producing employee lifecycle documentation, including producing offer letters, new contracts, contract variations and other employee details, and manual data updates. Support colleagues with ER queries and support through disciplinary / grievance / performance management and sickness absence meeting / hearings. You will be responsible for maintaining HR records and systems, including excel HR trackers. You will also attend weekly HR update Teams meetings with managers on a regular basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be level 3 CIPD or closely working towards this level. You will have experience of maintaining HR records and systems and have experience of attending meetings and hearings to take notes. You will have experience of producing employee lifecycle documents and offer letters including contract variations and be keen to provide HR support using your experience - you will be immediately available and also a car driver as the offices are not able to be reached without a car.
