Salary and benefits: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependant on experience) plus an indicative bonus range of 16-32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join the External Performance and Analysis team, tasked with acting as the financial strategic advisers to the business. The role will provide you with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in assessing the performance of our strategy through production of Management Information (MI) and forecasts.
You will apply your technical and commercial acumen to produce high-quality insights that support decision-making and contribute to the Group’s strategic direction.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams to ensure robust, accurate, and timely financial outputs. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership capabilities, deepen technical expertise, and influence strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the production of monthly and quarterly MI packs, dashboards, and performance reports.
2. Deliver clear, insightful analysis and commentary on MI and forecast results, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with strategic goals.
4. Champion continuous improvement in MI and forecasting processes and outputs.
5. Build strong working relationships across the business and develop your understanding of financial performance.
What are we looking for?
6. Qualified Actuary or Accountant
7. Good base knowledge of our key reporting metrics (Solvency II, IFRS and UK GAAP).
8. Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
9. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
