Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of contentious matters, including cases before the Civil and Criminal courts and Tribunals, and instruct Counsel where appropriate. Take instructions and advise on a wide range of legal matters across all services that are often complex and contentious, requiring extensive research and knowledge of the law.
