Our client, a national UK law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate (2+ years’ PQE) to join its Birmingham team as part of its continued growth.

The Role
You will join a dynamic corporate team advising a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger national organisations.
The role will involve a broad mix of corporate work, including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Management buyouts and buy-ins
* Corporate restructures
* Shareholder agreements and general advisory matters
* Joint ventures and investments
You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-quality transactions while also taking on increasing responsibility for your own matters.
The Candidate
* Be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
* Have experience from a reputable regional or national firm
* Possess strong technical skills and commercial awareness
* Be confident working with clients and building relationships
* Be motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the team
