Our client operates a truly experimental, ingredient-led restaurant with just 20 covers, offering both an innovative tasting menu and refined la carte experience. The menu changes daily, driven exclusively by the very best seasonal produce available. This is a precision-led, creative kitchen where innovation, refinement, and discipline sit at the heart of everything.
Led by an award-winning, internationally renowned Executive Chef, the restaurant runs with a focused brigade of four chefs. The open kitchen environment demands strong leadership, technical excellence, and confidence under pressure, with standards consistently at a luxury level.
The Role
As Senior Sous Chef, you will:
Act as second-in-command to the Executive Chef
Lead service with authority and composure in an open kitchen
Drive daily menu execution and contribute to ongoing development
Mentor and develop junior members of the brigade
Uphold exceptional standards of organisation, consistency, and detail
This role requires someone capable of taking ownership and leading from the front within a small, high-performance team.

You will:
Have strong experience within high-level, produce-led kitchens
Be confident with daily-changing, seasonal menus
