Your Role as SENCO:
* Lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring students with additional needs receive appropriate support.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of tailored learning plans.
* Work closely with the leadership team, teachers, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
* Regularly monitor student progress and adapt provision as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain it).
* Extensive experience in managing SEN provision in secondary schools.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* A thorough understanding of SEN legislation and best practices.
* Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
