Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 per annum (DOE) + Competitive Commission + Benefits
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Mon–Thu 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Fri 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekend Work!)

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced commercial and residential negotiator to manage the day-to-day operations of both our commercial and residential lettings portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing lettings negotiations, valuations, and enquiries. Handling viewing schedules and management visit bookings. Processing tenancy applications, referencing, and document verifications. Managing holding fees and deposits in line with current legislation. Handling arrears, creating tenancy agreements, renewals, and addendums. Coordinating property maintenance between landlords, tenants, and contractors. Assisting the commercial department regarding viewings and leases.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working within an estate agency office. Your years of industry insight are highly valued. Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle with business insurance.
Tech Skills: Computer-literate with strong communication skills. Experience with Vebra Alto and Inventory Hive is a plus, but training will be provided.
Capabilities: Confident in conducting check-ins, check-outs, and management visits.
Credentials: ARLA qualified, or a willingness to work towards it.
Traits: Excellent organizational skills and a warm, professional telephone manner.
