Your role
In this pivotal role you will support the Store Manager by overseeing all of the stock and operational process of the stock room, ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant operations from back of house through to front of house.
You'll take the lead on stock accuracy and compliance, all whilst being a part of an inspiring team. This is a fast-paced and varied role that combines with strategic thinking aligning with GAP's brand vision. You'll be a role model, a problem solver and a key driver of our store's overall success.
To be a successful Operations Supervisor at GAP you will:
* Support the Store Manager to help lead the wider team
* Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including stock integrity and health and safety
* Embrace feedback and adapt quickly to change to continue driving improvement
* Work closely with the floor staff to deliver a seamless, efficient shopping experience
* Maintain high standards of organisation, presentation and security
* Be able to keep on top of replenishment of the store
About you:
* Passionate about retail and operational excellence
* Experience in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment, ideally with leadership responsibilities
* A strong communicator
* Calm, approachable and focused under pressure
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Flexible and available to work additional hours, weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: Up to £31,000.00 per year
