We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Client Relationship and Operations Manager to lead our administration and estimating teams, whilst coordinating the day-to-day operations across customer service, logistics, health and safety, compliance, procurement, and subcontractor support.
This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping a busy business running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and making a visible impact across a friendly, growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, develop, and support the Administration and Estimating teams.
* Oversee customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring excellent service.
* Coordinate day-to-day activity with Installation, Survey, and Subcontractor teams.
* Support management meetings, travel arrangements, stocktake, and operational reporting.
* Identify process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
* Manage health and safety processes, risk assessments, COSHH records, and meeting actions.
* Maintain ISO and quality management documentation, including records in Titan (bespoke management system - training provided).
* Coordinate logistics, deliveries, vehicle bookings, access equipment, and supplier activity.
* Manage procurement for office, factory, installation tools, uniform, and PPE.
* Maintain training records and coordination accreditations such as IPAF, PASMA, and CSCS.

You will be practical, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities at once. You will have strong communication skills and be confident working with customers, teams, and managers across the business.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in office management, customer services, operations, or logistics coordination
* The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy operational environment
* Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Awareness of health and safety and quality processes or willingness to develop in this area
* Experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, or operational teams
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
Desirable:
* IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualifications
* ISO quality management experience
* Experience in manufacturing or similar sectors

This is a full-time, on-site position, with an annual remuneration of up to £40k and full benefits.
