Your new roleYour responsibilities include:
1. Leading daily stand-ups and managing a team
2. Overseeing the full end-to-end customer journey
3. Identifying and implementing process improvements
4. Ensuring regulatorypliance and scripts are FCApliant
5. Monitoring team performance and producing regular reports
6. Spotting trends
7. Meeting with auditors
8. Collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency
9. Other ad-hoc duties required
What you'll need to succeed
10. A strong background in an insurance or regulated environment, ideally personal lines insurance
11. Proven experience in a managerial or operational leadership role
12. A track record of improving processes and driving performance
13. Strong analytical and reporting skills
14. Clearmunication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
