Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor your key responsibilities include:
* Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives / Trainee Supervisors, including 1:1 discussions on performance vs expectation and setting SMART goals.
* Partner with the Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and improve shift performance.
* Drive performance on key metrics to ensure an efficient warehouse operation that can fulfill customer web and store demand on time and in full.
* Maintain the highest safety standards on site, working with the Safety team to adhere to all safety routines and procedures.
* Review weekly labour plans to ensure cover is adequate and share with the Section Manager, highlighting issues and feedback.
* Provide detailed plans when daily or weekly targets are not met and create a bridge to meet objectives.
* Collaborate with the Warehouse Leadership team and other stakeholders to keep strategic activity on track and supported.
* Support the successful implementation of culture change and turnover reduction.

* Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
