As a Project Manager III, Business Operations – MFG/Shop Floor, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Hyve’s ERP application across WOR and MPS business modules while working with the end-users and their management to improve processes and workflows. You will be reporting directly to the Manager, Project Management.
Candidate will:
1. Work with business units and the ERP team, help define and implement best practice business processes and solutions for the ERP platform in line with their requirements using Scrum & Agile Methodologies.
2. Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of the ERP system including support for ERP and associated business and manufacturing processes.
3. Collaborate closely with solution architects and system engineers to define and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
4. Research, configure, test, & implement modules as required.
5. Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through unit-functional testing. Identify the root cause of defects and develop fixes in the system.
6. Deploy programs that leverage data warehouses and provide data visibility to customers and internal users. Examples include Manufacturing KPIs.
7. Manage and support existing interfaces and processes to ensure proper information flow.
8. Be responsible for owning system configuration and user setup as needed. Configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, saved searches and dashboards.
9. Track Value, Earned Value and Cost details for all project deliveries on a quarterly basis.
10. Foster and maintain positive relationships with peers, business users, and the ERP team.
11. Maintain a holistic view of all business system processes and users, to understand functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
12. Document, maintaining standardization and dedicatedly seeking ways to constantly improve processes & procedures.
Candidate will have:
13. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or any IT related degree.
14. Experience in creating/updating system documentation including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and deployment plans as needed for the engagement.
15. Experience working with various project execution methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
16. Ability to lead, facilitate discussions on agile best practices, workflows, and tools usage.
17. Vast knowledge and leadership abilities to support a large-scale event or project with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with speed.
18. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with executive presence
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
20. Proficiency in production scheduling software and tools.
21. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
22. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
