Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic brand representative to serve as the key liaison between Puyi Optical and Lotos Germany Head Office. This position will oversee Lotoss global wholesale network, driving growth for one of the worlds most prestigious eyewear brands.
Lotos is a 150-year-old German heritage brand originating from Pforzheim, Germany. As the pinnacle of luxury eyewear, it specializes in exquisite gold and jewelry frames, catering to an elite clientele. Puyi Optical, a leading luxury retailer and partner, supports Lotoss expansion and development.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional business acumen, proven wholesale or distribution expertise, and the poise to represent the brand confidently to retailers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Puyi Optical and Lotos executive leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic planning and objectives.
* Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale partners, driving brand momentum and sales growth across multiple countries.
* Manage and expand Lotoss global wholesale network, including building relationships with retailers and distributors, pitching new business opportunities and converting leads into account partnerships.
* Provide commercial insights on market dynamics and product collection. Support for order, logistics, specific market requests, etc.
* Develop training materials and written content in English and German.
* Travel frequently to meet clients, attend trade shows and industry events, and foster international partnerships.
* Manage sales accounts and wholesale operations to cultivate collaboration. Monitor market performance and feedback to enhance sales pipeline.
About the Candidate:
* Demonstrated relevant experience in business development, wholesale or sales management in luxury and premium sectors.
* Fluency in German and English is essential
* With strong cultural familiarity with Germany preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Ideal candidate can be based in Singapore, London or Germany.
