We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Coventry (CV7) for an experienced Production Operative / Fabricator Welder to join their busy workshop team.
This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
The Role
Duties will include:
* Operating machinery including guillotine and punch equipment
* Press brake operation and forming sheet metal
* MIG and TIG welding
* Working from engineering drawings
* Inspecting finished components to ensure quality standard
* General workshop and fabrication duties
Requirements
* Previous experience operating guillotines and punch machinery
* Press brake experience
* MIG and TIG welding experience
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable, hands-on approach
