Due to growth, an expanding FMCG business is now appointing their first Head of Brand on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Managing Director and overseeing a small team, the Head of Brand will be responsible for nurturing and developing the brand's position, making meaningful connections with the community, and developing strategies for domestic and international growth. This role suits applicants with experience working with consumer products in a fast-paced environment, capable of bringing new ideas to the table.
Head of Brand Duties
1. Nurture, maintain, and grow relationships between the brand and community.
2. Ensure marketing activities are harmonized and consistent.
3. Manage the marketing team, budget, and output of agencies and influencers.
4. Have a deep understanding of Social Media (Meta and TikTok) and how to convert engagement into sales.
5. Champion the brand and position it as a pioneer in its sector.
6. Analyze marketing performance and implement changes accordingly.
7. Develop customer research methods and strategies for expansion.
