Early Years Educator (Qualified)
Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex
£13.68 – £14.50 per hour (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at registration)

The School and Role:
We are seeking a passionate and caring Early Years Educator to join a friendly and nurturing early years setting in Bexhill-on-Sea. This role can be full time, working with children aged 2–4, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing during these crucial early years.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment, helping children to develop independence, confidence, and social skills through play-based learning. You will work as part of a dedicated team who are committed to giving children the best possible start to their education.
The hours will vary between the setting’s opening times of 7:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The ideal Early Years Educator will have:
1. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
2. Previous experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting
3. A good understanding of the EYFS framework
4. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
5. The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
