Lead and Grow an Established Domiciliary Care Service!
We are looking for a Registered Manager to take the reins of an established domiciliary care service in Tunbridge Wells. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a thriving branch, build a dedicated team, and make a real impact in the local community. The service is part of a well-known franchise with nearly 30 branches nationwide, offering excellent support and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop a team of carers while growing the business
2. Focus on privately funded clients and expanding service reach
3. Ensure compliance and maintain the highest quality standards
4. Identify and implement opportunities for branch growth
5. Take a proactive approach to recruitment and retention
Requirements:
6. NVQ Level 5 or willing to work toward preferred
7. Previous experience in management within domiciliary care or supported living (managers from other care settings considered)
8. Proven ability to grow and develop a care service
9. Track record of successful management and growth within care
