Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
About The Role: Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) is the UK’s largest consumer and commercial bank. It has a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK and has a strategy to put customers first and become the Best Bank for Customers. The Asset Management team supports customer/driver transition to more sustainable driving options and the transition to Net Zero through vehicle finance offerings. The Asset Management team manages manufacturer relationships, used leasing, and disposal routes for assets returned from customers. The role will develop the remarketing propositions to drive maximum asset value.
Responsibilities
* Lead a small team responsible for managing the remarketing data hub and delivering the Remarketing proposition to customers; ensure requirements are current and aligned with operational principles.
* Use data to analyse market trends and present recommendations to optimise remarketing channels.
* Forecast future market conditions to respond to seasonal variations and maximise asset value.
* Stay informed about industry insights and leverage AI to enhance the data hub with new data sources.
* Support and influence analytical projects, delivering quality outcomes on time, identifying risks, and implementing mitigations; ensure solutions align with strategy, goals, and end-user needs.
* Compare used leasing data pricing to the market to remain competitive.
* Build a strong industry network to stay updated on market changes and new technology entrants to support the data hub.
What You’ll Need
* Strategic approach incorporating macroeconomics trends to inform data-driven decisions and long-term planning
* A passion for data and analysis that drives positive outcomes and delivery of plans
* Track record of challenging the norm to deliver excellent customer outcomes with a clear vision
* Ability to interpret requirements and present data clearly using visuals
* Procedural/Product management experience
* Strategic outlook in applying data findings to tangible decisions
* Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
* Knowledge of the consumer & motor finance markets is desirable but not essential
