We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our 2 Rosette Kitchen at Congham Hall - a privately owned 31-bedroom Hotel & Spa, located in rural North Norfolk.
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who is interested in furthering their career and skill set. A chef that is calm, well organised and can work well within a tight knit and friendly team.
The shifts will be a combination of splits & straights; five days per week including weekends, bank holidays, Christmas etc. We have daily changing menus using local ingredients. Covers wise we are currently doing around 60 covers for breakfast, up to 70 covers for lunch/afternoon tea and 60 covers for dinner.
Our food is freshly prepared using the finest ingredients and local produce.
You should also be:
* Smartly presented
* From a hotel background
* Experience of working in a 2 AA Rosette establishment (prefferable)
* Good understanding of food hygiene
