Key responsibilities include: Lesson Planning and Delivery : Craft engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to a variety of abilities and learning styles, ensuring every child is challenged and supported. Assessment and Feedback : Mark assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track pupil progress in line with school policies and expectations. Classroom Management : Implement positive and effective behaviour management strategies to create a calm and focused learning environment. SATs Preparation : Support pupils in preparing for Year 6 SATs by developing targeted intervention plans to meet individual and group learning needs. Collaboration with Colleagues : Work alongside teaching assistants and other staff to ensure that all children are fully engaged and supported in their learning journey. Parent and Staff Communication : Build positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on pupil progress, and attend parents' evenings and school meetings.
