About Us / About the Service

This role sits within the Residents and Communities Directorate as part of the Transforming Communities Programme, but works across a wide range of council services and with external partners. Kingston has an ambitious transformation agenda, including large strategic programmes that will transform service delivery and improve resident outcomes. The Cambridge Road Estate regeneration is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to provide new housing and community facilities for residents in an area facing inequality. The regeneration will affect the Norbiton neighbourhood, so the new community spaces should be relevant and accessible to a wide audience. This is an exciting opportunity as the programme moves from planning into delivery, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
