As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing a range of beauty services. You will be responsible for creating stunning looks that enhance our clients' natural beauty, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
* Upsell products and services to clients, contributing to overall sales growth.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in hairstyling, makeup, and beauty treatments.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hairstyling with expertise of 5 years preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Experience in front desk operations within a salon
