* Department: Homecare Woundcare, Ostomy & Continence
* Location: Field based, South East
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
* Contract: Permanent
Your Main Responsibilities
* Carry out comprehensive continence assessments and provide tailored clinical support
* Receive and manage referrals from NHS colleagues across urology and continence services
* Deliver education, training, and advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
* Act as a clinical resource for NHS teams, providing additional capacity and expertise
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders
* Actively identify and support appropriate business development opportunities on behalf of the company
What You’ll Need To Succeed
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
* Working knowledge and experience within continence and/or urology care
* Confident working autonomously with strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with patients and colleagues
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing your own workload
* Full UK driving licence
