Job title: Early Careers Coordinator – 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Circa £36,000 dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting administrative activities of the Early Careers & Skills programmes
* Planning and executing supporting activities to ensure deliverables are completed timely for projects such as Foundation Apprenticeships, National Progression Award, Recruitment, Induction, and Celebration Events
* Providing support to Early Careers delivery teams and management
* Raising Purchase Orders for procurement
* Supporting compliance with internal/external quality monitoring standards
Your skills and experiences:
* Passionate about developing the Early Careers population
* Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
* High data accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to coordinate and organize tasks for others
* Strong experience with Excel

The Early Careers Team:
This role offers the opportunity to support our team and Early Careers participants, including Apprentices and Graduates, at our new £12m Scotstoun Applied Ship Building Academy, a key training facility for Naval Ships employees and lifelong learning activities for around 4,500 staff.
