Based out of Kidlington, but mostly mobile, this role offers daily variety and a strong sense of impact. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding end-user support for devices and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across smartphones, laptops, desktops, and Windows 10. Support moves, events, and projects across the force area. Deliver services in line with SLAs and performance metrics. Identify and escalate service improvements. What We’re Looking For Proven ICT support experience, ideally in operational delivery. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, mobile tech, and hardware troubleshooting. Ability to travel across the Thames Valley (full UK driving licence essential).
