About The RoleBalfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Implementation Manager to join our growing team.Base location - Flexible (England only)As part of the digital transformation team, the Digital Implementation Manager will be responsible for the successful embedment of digital tools and processes across our schemes in Highways.Subject Matter expert in digital tools and processes.Build strong relationships at the project level with all stakeholders to ensure the successful embedment of Digital tools and solutions.Support the effective mobilisation of our schemes ensuring our standard digital tools and processes are successfully embedded and crucially supported.Act as key point of contact for projectsWhat you'll be doingCapture, document, and feedback lessons learned on the success and failure of digital tools, process and their implementations.Capture additional requirements and feedback to teamReceive products into service and ensure their successful roll out across multiple schemesLead Digital implementation of products and processes on projects across the UK.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a range of project stakeholdersEnsure appropriate SME representation in Digital initiativesPlanning in relation to roll out of digital tools onto schemesEnsure best practices and processes are followed with regards to DigitalDrive the adoption of established digital minimum expectations into to all local projectsOwn the deployment of digital tools onto each new local projectTrack and report on adoption of digital toolsDevelop processes; implement a digital culture with the use of Digital Technology across the Customers, Regions, sectors, and Frameworks which aligned with Balfour Beatty Built to Last and build a Digital Balfour BeattyEnsure a relentless focus on Zero HarmEnthusiastically and openly sharing guidance and technical expertise whilst ensuring that learning resources are widely available.Who we're looking forThe following qualities/experience are essential:Recognised construction industry experienceExperience of using digital tools and processesCan Lead the use of Digital Software applications and train othersProven record of establishing effective relationships at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to deliver in a collaborative manner when under time pressureExperience of working collaboratively in either a consultant or contractor environment and delivery of a Large complex infrastructure schemeProficiency in IT and experience in multiple Digital processes on pervious schemesCreate effective relationships with the project team, supply chain partners and clients under time pressure to deliver Client and Project goals.The Following Qualities/experience Are PreferredBSc, MSc, BEng, MEng, HND/HDC or qualified by experience with an understanding and proven delivery of on Complex Infrastructure schemes or managing multiple schemes in a sectorProject Management qualification i.e. PRINCE2 or APMPFull understanding of Design, Construction, Asset Management Stages in the Digital lifecycleUnderstanding multiple digital techniques and ability to train /mentor and develop other team membersWhy work for usDay in, day out, our teams deliver amazing projects in challenging conditions; developing, managing and maintaining the vital infrastructure and public spaces that modern economies, societies and communities rely on.About UsAction Plan in full at www.balfourbeatty.com/value_everyoneTo help and support us with our desired commitment to create an inclusive culture we are members of WISE, enei, Business Disability Forum and Women into Construction.
