Office Administrator (with HR Support) Part-Time
Location: Rochford (office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm (or 10am–2pm)
Salary: £12.50 per hour

We're seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support both HR and day-to-day office tasks within our busy, friendly team.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and absence tracking
* Keeping staff spreadsheets and trackers up to date
* Assisting with general office management, including booking client appointments
* Providing ad-hoc admin support to Directors and Managers
What we're looking for:
* Previous office administration experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office & social media platforms)
* A team player who is reliable, approachable, and flexible
