Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Major Project Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for storage system solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in storage systems such as industrial shelving, racking systems, office partitioning, and mezzanine floors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
* Build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
* Present and demonstrate storage solutions to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
* Serve as the main point of contact throughout projects.
* Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Provide after-sales support to encourage long-term client retention.
Market & Product Knowledge:
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Develop deep knowledge of company solutions and their applications.
* Share market and customer insights with the product development team.
Reporting & Analysis:
* Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analyses.
* Track key sales metrics to improve results and meet targets.
* Monitor project profitability and contribute to pricing strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Certifications in sales or project management are advantageous.
Experience:
* At least 5 years in a B2B sales role, preferably in storage systems or a related field.
* Proven success in managing complex, high-value sales projects.
* Strong experience in client relationship management.
Skills:
* Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Analytical thinking with an ability to interpret sales data.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
