Patient Pathway Coordinator (CAT 5 T&O) – Band 4
Contract: Permanent, Full time – 37.5 hours per week (08:00‑18:00)

Responsibilities
* Coordinate patient pathways to meet government treatment time targets.
* Manage outpatient clinic schedules, waiting lists and booking of surgery.
* Provide administrative support to Paediatric consultants and the general admin team.
* Work under pressure in a fast‑paced department and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grades A‑C.
* Experience of using full range of IT and patient data systems.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Experience scheduling outpatient appointments and/or admissions.
* Computer literate and team oriented with strong communication skills.
