As we continue scaling across the UK, Europe and the US, we're expanding our in-house marketing function and looking for a talented Senior Content & SEO Writer to own and evolve our content output.
The role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on content marketer to shape and deliver a high-impact content programme. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in driving organic growth, thought leadership, partner engagement and campaign performance.
You’ll support the development of our content strategy while taking ownership of its execution, from long-form blog content and product-led SEO articles to customer stories, reports and partner campaigns. You'll also collaborate closely with our content agency, wider marketing team, and key internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
* Lead content planning & execution across our four key focus areas.
* Write and optimise high-performing SEO content (blogs, guides, product pages, etc.) aligned to our keyword strategy.
* Own and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities.
* Support our Product Marketing efforts by working with our product team to produce client, prospect and partner-facing content, such as blogs, articles, and videos etc.
* Collaborate with the Partner Marketing Manager to deliver joint content with technology and agency partners.
* Support the creation of case studies, customer stories, landing page copy, email nurture content, and campaign assets.
* Monitor and analyse performance of content assets to continuously improve output and ROI.
* Ensure all content is on-brand, insightful, and grounded in the needs of our audience (e.g. eCom leads, CTOs, partners).
* Work with agencies on larger projects, including reports and whitepapers.
What you’ll need:
* 3–5 years+ experience in content marketing, writing or editorial roles — ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
* Strong SEO copywriting skills and a deep understanding of search intent and content performance.
* Comfortable balancing strategy and execution, from campaign planning to fast-turnaround blog posts.
* Able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines with confidence.
* Experienced in using CMS platforms, SEO tools (e.g. HubSpot, SEMrush), and analytics dashboards.
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in/around the retail and e-commerce space.
* A confident, concise writer with a great eye for structure, tone, clarity and detail.
