The Opportunity
We’re seeking a polished, dynamic, and people-focused Workplace Experience Team Lead to help shape an exceptional workplace experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is key to creating a strong sense of community, ensuring colleagues and the workplace community feel connected and supported, and engaged within the professional surroundings.
As Community Team Leader, you’ll manage and guide a team of Community Hosts, overseeing shared spaces - including meeting rooms, refreshment areas, and office floors to ensure they are welcoming, functional, and consistently high in quality. You will be the trusted point of contact for colleagues, understanding their working needs and proactively responding to daily operations as well as long-term enhancements.
In addition, you will support the delivery of a diverse and inclusive calendar of events and initiatives that foster engagement, wellbeing, and a positive culture. Additionally, you will champion environmental and charitable efforts, work closely with service partners, and contribute to wider forums and best practice networks across the organisation.
The Candidate
Previous experience in a similar role would be considered a plus, however candidates from a hotels and hospitality are invited to apply.
