This SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role offers the perfect opportunity to remain in the classroom, support learning and make a real difference to pupils' lives -without the workload and pressure of a full teaching position.

Many experienced teachers are now discovering HLTA roles as the perfect middle ground, allowing them to stay in education while achieving a far healthier work-life balance.
