As a Senior Pensions Administrator you will be the first line of response to Financial Adviser and client technical queries for ISAs and Pensions. Your knowledge and experience will supplement our client services, investments and transfers team, as they complete daily tasks. You will closely with; and report into the Pensions Director to ensure all pension tasks are completed daily and work to a timetable of submitting regulatory report.
Responsibilities
* First line of support for the team on technical queries relating to pensions and ISA
* Able to complete high volume daily pension administration tasks and respond to emails in a timely manner
* Confident to answer technical questions and queries from advisers by telephone, delivering quality responses and handling complex cases with authority
* Solid knowledge and proven ‘hands on’ experience of pension regulatory reporting
* Strong team spirit and collaborative style, working within the operations team
* Driven to improve processes, written documentation and to work with our engineering team to automate and streamline pension administration through the Fundment platform
Qualifications
* Substantial previous experience working for a UK investment platform that offers pensions, ISA and GIA accounts
* Experience of complex pension administration including drawdown, death cases & regulator taxation payments
* The ability to translate HMRC, FCA and other regulator rules to ensure our processes are compliant
* Knowledge of how to submit HMRC Pension and ISA regular reporting including tax relief claims and annual submission
* Obtained or working towards industry qualifications with either the CII or CISI/ Level 4 qualification is desirable

We support our team with the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, 3 days a week in our London office.
