Role Overview
We are seeking to appoint a Professional Placements Administrator who will work as a member of the Professional Placements team to provide effective support to the Placement provision across the Professional Programmes.
Responsibilities
* Provide effective support to the Placement provision across the Professional Programmes.
Qualifications
* GCSE level or NVQ level III in an appropriate subject (e.g., Customer Service or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
* Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience working with University systems such as Banner, and experience working with database systems would be advantageous.
* Ability to communicate in Welsh; essential for this post.
Location & Work Arrangement
* Role located on campus at Bangor.
* Option to spend some time working remotely (within the UK) as part of the Dynamic Working framework.
Contract Details
* Maternity cover post available from 1 June 2026 until 31 May 2027.
* Full-time basis (36.25 hours per week).
