Our guests enjoy and appreciate sharing their feedback with us, and in turn the Customer Service Assistant can lead the way in representing the voice of the guest, ensuring they feel heard and valued. You will maintain a high standard of written email responses to our guests, meet response time targets on all forms of guest contact and decide upon appropriate resolution and compensation when resolving guest feedback, always keeping in mind the Merlin company values and LEGOLAND brand.
