National Account Executive - Consumer Healthcare
Job Description
The National Account Executive - Consumer Healthcare will be responsible for the following:
* Support the NAMs on major retail partners such as Top 4 Grocery, Boots and Superdrug
* Manage and develop a portfolio of smaller key accounts to achieve commercial targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
* Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
* Monitor account performance and resolve any issues promptly.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during account management.
The Successful Applicant
The National Account Executive - Consumer Healthcare will come with the following skills and experiences.
* Experience in sales or account management role within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
* A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
* Proficiency in analysing sales data and identifying growth opportunities.
* Familiarity with the dynamics of the FMCG market.
* A self-motivated and organised approach to managing multiple accounts.
* Excellent IT / Excel skills.
* Able to commute to the Surrey office 3 days per week - Tuesday to Thursday
* Able to work efficiently from home 3 days per week with a good home office set up.
What's on Offer
£40,000 to £45,000 per annum basic, plus annual company bonus and benefits.
