The Work You'll handle all aspects of employment law with autonomy and commercial impact: Corporate support work: TUPE, restructuring, redundancy programmes Respondent-based matters: wrongful and unfair dismissals, discrimination claims Restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, executive exits Employment Tribunal litigation and advisory work Day-to-day HR support for commercial clients You'll work closely with the Head of Employment and a collaborative team, but you'll be trusted to run matters independently, develop client relationships, and bring your own approach to business development.
